Why I do This Work
For nearly three decades, I served in the Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and Air National Guard - leading missions, mentoring Airmen, and eventually becoming the first female Colonel in my organization.
Leadership was one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I loved helping people grow, find their strengths, and rising to their own potential.
But I also had my own challenges - especially when it came to health. In my 40s and 50s, I struggled with autoimmune flares, stress, and habits that left me drained. I even failed a fitness test once - proof that even strong women can feel stuck sometimes.
Through trial and error (and eventually becoming a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach), I discovered what truly works: practical, science-backed strategies that are simple enough to fit into real life - and powerful enough to create lasting change.
Now I help other women do the same - cut through the noise, take back control, and build lives that feel strong, joyful, and fully their own.
